Your RoleWe are on the lookout for energetic A/B/C technicians/mechanics who are ready to tackle challenges with a positive attitude. If you have a knack for problem-solving and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our guests, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities- Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring our guests leave satisfied.
- Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Collaborate with your team to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively.
- Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Communicate effectively with the service department regarding any concerns.
- Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
- Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
- Meet or exceed hourly goals consistently.
- A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- A desire for long-term career development.
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
- Ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
- Comfortable working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
- Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Ability to walk/stand for the majority of your workday.
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Proficient in navigating a computer.
