Your RoleAs an Automotive Technician, you’ll be the hero our guests rely on to keep their vehicles running smoothly. We’re searching for energetic individuals who thrive on solving challenges and have a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring our guests are back on the road safely.
- Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Collaborate with your team to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively.
- Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Communicate effectively with the service department to resolve issues.
- Work alongside fellow technicians to meet deadlines and achieve exceptional results.
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to serve our guests.
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
- Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
- Meet or exceed hourly performance goals.
- A willingness to learn and grow your skill set.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to long-term career development.
- Ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds occasionally.
- Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
- Capable of working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
- Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Ability to walk or stand for the majority of the workday.
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Proficient in navigating a computer for diagnostics and reporting.
