Key Responsibilities- Acts as a key member of the Global Distribution and Sales Channel team for all relevant brands.
- Leads development and implementation of the global distribution strategy across all assigned channel partners.
- In conjunction with Channel Sales Director EMEA applies best practices, including contract standardisation.
- Evaluates multi‑brand opportunities with existing channel partners.
- Responsible for meeting sales targets for assigned channel partners and brands.
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Directs quarterly business reviews, point‑of‑sale information reporting, training, performance management and evaluations of the channel, and recommends addition and deletion of channel partners as needed.
- Manages all contracts, requirements, and agreements with assigned channel partners.
- Analyzes sales statistics, utilizing Power
BI and Budde POS database, and draws conclusions to steer the business and inform senior leadership of business trends. - Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition in the channel.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Essential: candidates must possess channel leadership experience in the electronics industry.
- Exceptional communication skills; written, oral, and presentation.
- Proven track record of successfully implemented channel programmes.
- Highly collaborative work ethic.
- Strong business acumen across multiple disciplines: sales, marketing, product management.
- Technically astute and can pick up product/application understanding quickly.

Education and/or ExperienceBachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred. Significant experience in channel sales. Experience in a channel sales leadership role in this or a similar industry preferred, with responsibilities like those required for this role.
