Supply Chain Specialist

Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to manage key aspects of our materials and purchasing operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively across departments, and communicates confidently with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Forecast demand for international and domestic product lines.
- Review material requirements based on sales orders, schedules, and forecasts.
- Place and manage purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery from suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and distribution centers to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Work closely with international vendors and freight forwarders to schedule and track shipments to distribution centers and customers.
- Maintain and update Bills of Materials, routings, and other ERP system data.
- Serve as an ERP “super user,” gaining a deep understanding of all supply chain processes from order entry to customer delivery.
- Collaborate closely with customer service and sales teams to ensure alignment and efficient order fulfillment.
This position requires managing multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail in a deadline-driven, results-oriented environment. The role involves independent decision-making as well as team collaboration. Flexibility is essential to adapt to changing business needs. Regular office hours apply, with occasional travel (less than 5%).

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with MRP/ERP systems.
