Position: Senior Management Consultant (m/f/d) in Life Sciences
Location: Germany

Our clients in the life sciences industry work across borders and regions, and so do we. We’re looking for the right candidates to join us in either Switzerland, Germany, or Denmark.

What you’ll do

As part of our life sciences industry team, you’ll get to help clients transform across the value chain, spanning clinical, regulatory affairs, supply chain, production, commercial and drug safety as well as in areas such as finance, IT, and HR.

Specifically, you will:

  • Work directly with clients and colleagues to plan and execute projects
  • Engage in commercial activities to help develop the life sciences consulting business at Implement
  • Build and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Execute projects independently and as part of a team, occasionally acting as project lead
  • Organise, structure, and conduct analyses

On top of that, you’ll also prepare and facilitate workshops as well as design, produce, and deliver top-level presentations.

What you’ll bring

Preferably, you have 4–8 years of relevant management consulting experience within the life sciences industry.

  • Strong implementation skills
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
