Das Global Account Management Team ist zentraler Ansprechpartner sowohl für internationale Großkunden (Global & International Accounts) als auch für Standorte der Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG und deren Tochtergesellschaften. Hauptaufgabe ist die Betreuung der Kundengruppen und deren Produktionsstätten bei Investitionen in das vollständige Produktportfolio. Ein hohes Maß an konzeptioneller Planung und Führung der Kunden sowie die Bereitstellung der Produkte und Services in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Heidelberg Standorten ist ein fester Bestandteil des Global Account Teams.

Unser Ziel ist es, HEIDELBERG als führenden Systemintegrator im Verpackungsbereich durch Entwicklung ganzheitlicher End-to-End-Workflows für Kunden und Branchen unter Einbindung von Software, Maschinen und Partnern zu etablieren. Hierzu gehören der Ausbau interner Strukturen und die Erstellung von Angeboten zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung des Systemintegrator-Ansatzes sowie die aktive Gewinnung und Betreuung von Kundenprojekten – von der ersten Idee bis hin zur Inbetriebnahme der Lösung.

Aufgaben (intern)
**** Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Systemintegrationsstrategie für den Bereich Packaging
* Konzipieren und Umsetzen von modularen, skalierbaren End-to-End-Workflows für potenzielle Kunden (Druckereien, Verpacker, Hersteller, (Eigen-)marken etc.) und Industrien (z.B. Food, Beverage, Pharma, Consumer Goods)
* Verantwortung für die unternehmensweite Abstimmung des Systemintegrator-Ansatzes, insbesondere über alle Produktbereiche hinweg
* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Entwicklung, Vertrieb und Service
* Steuerung interner Innovationsprojekte zur Workflow-Optimierung
*** Vertrieb, Partnerschaftsmanagement, Marktvernetzung (extern)
**** Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Maschinenherstellern, Softwareanbietern, Markenartiklern, Handelsunternehmen und Verpackungsdienstleistern
* Direkte Ansprache relevanter Entscheider bei Kunden und Partnern zur frühzeitigen Identifikation von

Anforderungen und deren Integration in die Systemachitektur
* Aktive Akquise und operative Begleitung von Kundenprojekten
* Identifikation und Bewertung potenzieller Partner für die Workflow-Erweiterung

Anforderungen:

*** Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Verpackungstechnik, Maschinenbau, Handel (o.ä.)
* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Verpackungsindustrie (Verpackungsdruck, Maschinenintegration, Workflow-Systeme) sowie im Business Development
* Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer, bereichsübergreifender Projekte
* Souveränes Auftreten gegenüber internen Stakeholdern und externen Partnern
* Internationale Reisebereitschaft und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
