Ihre Aufgaben
- Verwaltung und Organisation von Fertigungshilfsmitteln und Ersatzteilen
- Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Hilfsmitteln und Ersatzteilen für die Produktion
- Erfassung, Pflege und Aktualisierung der Daten in den Verwaltungssystemen SAP und TDM
- Bestandsüberwachung und Durchführung von Inventuren
- Abstimmung mit internen und externen Prozesspartnern
- Koordination mit internen Abteilungen (z.B. Produktion, Einkauf) zur Bedarfsplanung
- Erstellung von Berichten und Auswertungen über Bestände und Verbräuche
- Optimierung von Lager- und Verwaltungsprozessen
- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Gutes technisches Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse und Werkzeuge
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
- Selbstständige und flexible Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
