Teamlead Operation Center Land (OCL) im Bereich Business Services (w/m/d)
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung für die Bereiche Operation Center Land (u.a. Abfertigung und Erfassung/ODM und Service)
- Kontinuierliche Personalentwicklung in den verantworteten Bereichen
- Steuerung und Optimierung der Ablauforganisation der verantworteten Bereiche
- Ansprechpartner für sämtliche kaufmännische und administrative Themen des verantworteten Arbeitsbereichs
- Bindeglied zwischen den internen Fachabteilungen, der operativen Abwicklung und der Geschäftsstellenleitung
