Temu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining productive relationships with local logistics and warehousing providers to ensure optimal service levels.
• Gather information of local market to support for the execution of all fulfillment and logistics operations to maintain business continuity.
• Gather information on the local market to support sourcing of manufacturers/factories and logistics partners, enabling cost-effective supply chain setup and stable market entry.
• Support overseas logistics team to optimize business processes and handle daily exceptions to ensure smooth operation.

Requirements:

• Experience in a top logistics and warehousing company, preferably with 3PL management experience in a top e-commerce logistics company. Experience in e-commerce customer projects is preferred.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and local language.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage logistics during periods of high demand.
• Excellent problem solving skills, strategic thinking and ability to adapt quickly.
• Negotiation skills to manage relationships with suppliers.
