responsibilities and tasks
  • Build, develop and lead Supply Chain teams (managers and specialists)
  • Manage suppliers: local sourcing, supplier performance evaluation and development
  • Oversee production planning (MPS) and ensure effective execution
  • Ensure safe and cost-efficient transportation, warehousing and material flow
  • Build long‑term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and QHSE, HSE & Sustainability standards
  • Drive Lean / Operational Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Optimize quality, lead time and cost across processes, systems and tools
  • Support time‑to‑market for new and improved products
Your profile and qualifications
  • Master of Science or Bachelor of Science in Management, Economics, Logistics and Transport, Production Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Logistics
  • Proven experience at Manager or Director level in a production environment
  • Background in low volume / high mix manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, TQM, Operational Excellence and ERP systems (SAP)
  • Excellent leadership, analytical and decision‑making skills
  • Strong business mindset and results orientation
  • Fluent in Polish and English;
    German is an asset.
