Location: Germany
- Qualitätsprüfung der fertig produzierten Kunststoffteile anhand von Zeichnungen
- Anwendung der entsprechenden teils digitalen Prüfverfahren (z.B. Messmittel, digitaler Messarm)
- Prüfung von Wareneingängen und Koordination von Maßnahmen bei evtl. Qualitätsmängeln
- Erstellung von (Erstmuster-) Prüfberichten sowie Ausschussmeldungen
- Pflege und Erstellung der dazugehörigen QM-Dokumentationen
- Aktive Begleitung von Kundenreklamationen und Teilnahme an Reklamationsbesprechungen
- Klärung von offenen Fragestellungen mit dem Vertrieb und der Arbeitsvorbereitung sowie Unterstützung bei Kunden-Audits
- Pflege, Wartung und Prüfung der Messmittel (Übernahme der Stellvertretung des Messmittelbeauftragten)
- Aktive Mitwirkung zur Erreichung des Qualitätsziele des Unternehmens und der Qualitätsanforderungen unserer Kunden
- Aktive Unterstützung der Verbesserung des Produkt- und Qualitätsbewusstseins in den Produktionsabteilungen zur Reduzierung von Ausschuss
