Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship and support for 8–13 students, fostering a structured, family-like environment to help students reach their potential.
Initially, Flex Houseparents work nine days on, three off, then transition to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group.
