Camp Kern in Oregonia, Ohio is seeking a Resident Camp Summer Village Leader for May–August. This seasonal on-site role provides leadership for campers, ensures safety, and supports daily activities and cabin groups.
You will work with up to two villages, mentor staff, plan programs, enforce safety rules, and communicate with parents during check-in/out. Room and board are provided during the summer camping season. Must be 18+, with childcare experience and a passion for helping children grow.
