OverviewWe’re seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to lead site safety on an industrial construction project in Duke, OK. The ideal candidate will have strong field experience, deep OSHA knowledge, and a proven record of building a proactive safety culture.
Responsibilities- Implement and oversee the Site‑Specific Safety Plan (SSSP)
- Conduct daily safety audits, JSAs, and toolbox talks
- Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance
- Lead incident reporting and safety training
- Serve as the on‑site competent person for safety
- 5+ years of construction safety experience (industrial preferred)
- OSHA 30‑hour Construction required
- 510, CHST, CSM, or CSP certification a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
