Pro Tech Basement Solutions is seeking skilled and motivated Crew Leaders to oversee a 2-3 person field team within our Drainage Division. This role focuses on exterior drainage installations for both new construction and residential projects. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on leadership, technical proficiency with trenchers and mini skid steers, and the ability to manage job sites from start to finish.

• Lead and work alongside a 2‑3 person crew on drainage installation and repair jobs
• Communicate daily with the Operations Foreman to maintain project timelines
• Install downspout conductor lines, trenching, and yard grading to redirect water
• Operate trenchers, mini skid steers, and related power equipment safely
• Drive company trucks to and from job sites (box trucks or trucks with trailers)
• Maintain safe, organized, and clean job sites
• Read work orders and site plans; ensure compliance with project specs
• Represent the company professionally with homeowners and contractors

• 2+ years of construction experience, preferably in drainage, waterproofing, or grading
• Proven ability to lead a small crew (2‑3 people)
• Skilled with trenchers and mini skid steers (required); mini excavator experience a plus
• General understanding of drainage, grading, home construction, and foundations
• Proficient with smartphones/tablets for reporting and scheduling
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and work ethic
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and safety‑conscious

• $21–$25/hour based on experience

Full‑time, Monday–Friday
Start time around 7:00 AM
