We invite you to join our team of fitters, electricians, operators and engineers who share a great passion for renewable energy. We build large photovoltaic farms for customers from Germany, Ireland, Great Britain, the Netherlands, and from all sectors of the economy.

• Construction of mesh and panel fences for photovoltaic farms abroad
• Construction of noise barriers
• Ensuring the correct execution of the commissioned work
• Assigning tasks to subordinate employees, managing teams of fitters and supervising the work carried out, as well as holding employees accountable for their work
• Contact with the site manager, project manager and/or project coordinator and company management
• Preparation of work reports and keeping relevant documentation

• Min. 2 years of experience in the implementation and management of construction / installation projects
• Organizational skills, multitasking, and the ability to work under time pressure
• Independence and accuracy in performing daily duties
• Communicative knowledge of the English or German at the level of min. B2 (a prerequisite)
• Knowledge of MS Office programs

• Permission to operate an excavator

• Contract of mandate on Polish terms
