- Verantwortliche Leitung von Baustellen im Bahn- und Ingenieurbau
- Organisation, Steuerung und Optimierung des Bauablaufs
- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Baustellenteams
- Wirtschaftliches und vertragliches Controlling
- Verhandlungen mit Auftraggebern und Nachunternehmern in Abstimmung mit der Bereichsleitung
