Qualification &Skills:
- A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field required
- Extensive job experience in project management, specifically managing fit‑out projects, with prior experience in theme parks or entertainment complexes preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, as is a detail‑oriented approach with a keen sense of aesthetics and design implementation
We are looking for an experienced Packager Manager – Theming who will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and quality control of theming and fit‑out packages for a large‑scale theming park or entertainment park complex.
This role requires a blend of project management skills and a strong aesthetic understanding to ensure the implemented designs align with creative specifications.
Key responsibilities:- Lead the planning and execution of all theming and fit‑out projects, ensure alignment with client specifications and industry standards
- Work closely with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to interpret design layouts and ensure their practical implementation on‑site
- Coordinate and manage various contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and installation
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, adapting to changes while minimizing impact on the overall project plan
- Proactively troubleshoot design or installation challenges and develop and implement risk management strategies
- Maintain detailed documentation of progress, quality control, and safety compliance, and prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
