• Prepare bids and estimates.
• Secure profitable work.
• Maintain strong, positive relationships.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Maintain high levels of communication with all parties involved in projects.
• Prepare contracts, change orders, and purchase orders.
• Requisition needed supplies and materials.
• Maintain safe job sites and encourage safe work practices.

• Demonstrated experience in a project management role.
• Proficiency with project management and estimating software and MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a similar field.

• LEED Certification.
• Accubid experience.
• Commercial electrical project management experience.
