- Prepare bids and estimates.
- Secure profitable work.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships.
- Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
- Maintain high levels of communication with all parties involved in projects.
- Prepare contracts, change orders, and purchase orders.
- Requisition needed supplies and materials.
- Maintain safe job sites and encourage safe work practices.
- Demonstrated experience in a project management role.
- Proficiency with project management and estimating software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a similar field.
- LEED Certification.
- Accubid experience.
- Commercial electrical project management experience.
- Seeking information from a variety of sources to clarify situations.
- Developing and implementing logical approaches to problems.
- Keeping desired results in mind by setting goals and focusing on achieving them.
- Demonstrating keen attention to detail.
- Providing constructive feedback professionally.
- Fostering teamwork to achieve results.
