Sr. Construction Engineer

Overview

Job summary:

Construction Engineers (Office) / Assistant Project Manager are needed for a renowned construction organization. The Construction Engineers will be responsible for onsite trade management, overseeing the coordination of materials from design to final installation, validating payment applications for trade contractors, managing costs, and resolving issues such as change orders and RFIs. Additionally, you will demonstrate leadership by mentoring younger associates and upholding the company's culture of integrity.

• Coordinate materials from design to final installation
• Track and validate monthly payment applications for trade contractors
• Manage costs and resolve issues such as change orders and RFIs
• Read and understand Construction Design Documents and Specifications
• Provide leadership and mentorship to younger associates on the project

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (required)
• Experience:
  
  up to 3+ years in commercial construction
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Exposure to BIM is preferred
• Willing to relocate and thrive in a collaborative environment

• Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year
