** As construction supervisors (m/f/d), they project construction measures and take over the planning and execution of kick-off for construction preparation and construction. They identify and commission material and external service requirements and supervise construction measures.

Your main tasks also include:
* You review requirements in building permits, plans and other regulations and, if necessary, initiate corrections
* They check that construction work has been carried out correctly and carry out construction site tours
* They coordinate and consult with municipalities/pension providers and carry out the formal route security
* You will supervise and complete construction measures, including monitoring the provision of services provided by external companies and, if necessary, initiate escalations and carry out reminders
* You commission contractor services, check and bill them

* * You have completed vocational training as well as subject-oriented additional education or several years of professional experience. Based on the subject-related professional experience, there is already extensive expertise in the specific area of responsibility (fibre-optic expansion (FTTx), civil engineering skills, VOB knowledge).You also have the following advanced technical and special knowledge and skills:
* Experience in project planning and construction support for communication facilities/networks
* Experience in service provider management/ service provider management
* Experience in law of way
* Knowledge of data entry management
* Willingness to carry out flexible local assignments in the respective region
* Knowledge of construction law and order processing
* Communication and coordination skills when dealing with authorities and contractors
* Class B driving license is required
* This position is also available on a part-time basis
