TRAVELING SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

The Traveling Senior Project Managers at Mid-City Electric lead large, complex electrical construction projects and are accountable for delivering safe, high-quality results on schedule and within budget. They collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, build strong professional relationships, and maintain clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. This role has a home base in Westerville, Ohio, and requires approximately 75% travel to project sites.

After the initial onboarding period, the position may be performed remotely, provided the employee resides within reasonable proximity to an active project site.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Leading large-scale commercial electrical construction projects
• Preparing accurate bids and estimates
• Maintaining strong, positive relationships
• Establishing project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Maintaining high levels of communication with all parties involved in projects
• Preparing contracts, change orders, and purchase orders
• Requisition ing needed supplies and materials
• Maintaining safe job sites and encouraging safe work practices
