We are looking for a talented ad creative strategist with a keen eye for detail and a passion for performance‑optimised content.

Tasks
  • Develop Creative Strategies:
    Use Paintgun’s Ads DNA framework to create data‑driven concepts that boost ad performance across platforms.
  • Ideate and Produce Concepts:
    Research competitors, social comments, cultural trends, and audience insights to develop standout ad concepts. Work with creators, copywriters, designers, and motion developers to turn ideas into powerful visual and copy hooks.
  • Test and Refine Creatives:
    Run structured creative sprints, analyze performance data, and refine strategies based on winning elements. Build a rulebook of proven concepts for consistent optimisation.
  • Collaborate Across Teams:
    Align with media buyers, data analysts, and creative teams to ensure strategies meet performance marketing goals. Foster a feedback‑driven culture to improve creatives using Ads DNA insights.
  • Stay On Top of Trends:
    Track social media trends, emerging platforms, and new advertising techniques to keep concepts relevant and high‑performing.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience:

    Minimum of 3 years in creative strategy or performance marketing, with a strong focus on ad creative development for social media platforms.
  • Analytical Skills:
    Ability to analyze creative performance data and turn insights into actionable creative strategies.
  • Collaborative Mindset:
    Experience working in cross‑functional teams involving creators, copywriters, designers, and media buyers.
  • Trend Awareness:
    In-depth understanding of cultural trends, consumer behaviour, and emerging digital marketing techniques.
  • Strategic Thinking:
    Strong ability to connect creative insights with performance metrics, optimizing ad concepts to improve engagement and conversion rates.
