Crazy Labs is a global leader in mobile gaming with 7B+ downloads. We’re looking for a Creative Lead to guide the creative vision for our top hybrid-casual and casual games and lead a talented team of motion and design experts.

• Lead the creative strategy for new and existing games
• Manage and mentor a squad of motion designers, graphic designers, and creative developers
• Drive high-performing marketing creatives (videos, playables, IECs, GIFs, static)
• Oversee App Store visuals (icons, screenshots, titles, videos)
• Build and optimize creative testing methodologies
• Partner with UA teams to make fast, data-driven creative decisions
• Identify and set new creative trends in the gaming space

• 5+ years in mobile gaming creative roles
• Hybrid-casual experience and Simulation games- a huge advantage
• Proven success building creative strategies and growth-driving campaigns
• Excellent storytelling skills across video, design, UX, and copy
• Analytical mindset with strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in leading a team
• Fluent in English

• Motion design background- nice to have
