Sizzer is looking for a Senior Music Supervisor // Business Developer to lead, grow, and nurture our client network in Germany, working closely alongside our dedicated German team.

As a Senior Music Supervisor // Business Developer, you’ll take the lead in providing our clients with creative and musical guidance, acting as Sizzer’s key representative in Germany. You bring with you an existing network of agencies, directors, and brands, and know how to turn those connections into lasting collaborations.

Backed by a strong team of supervisors, producers and coordinators, you’ll oversee music projets from start to finish, ensuring creative excellence while keeping clients inspired, informed, and aligned.

Your main focus will be to strengthen and expand Sizzer’s presence in Germany developing new business opportunities while nurturing the relationships you already have. You’ll know where the conversations are happening, and you’ll make sure Sizzer is always part of them.

Music supervision

You’ll lead and manage a portfolio of clients, providing strategic, creative, and musical guidance for the campaigns we work on together.

You’ll oversee all ongoing projects for your clients, from first briefing to final delivery, ensuring a smooth process, clear communication, and happy clients every step of the way.

You’ll work closely with our creative team and Music Producers to translate client needs into bold, effective musical concepts, making sure every brief is understood, elevated, and executed to Sizzer’s standards.

You’ll anticipate challenges before they arise, manage deadlines with precision, and know how to turn a client’s demo love into a deeper trust in Sizzer’s creative vision.

Business Development

You’ll take the lead in expanding Sizzer’s presence in Germany, driving new business, strengthening existing partnerships, and positioning Sizzer as the go-to music agency for the region’s top creative players.

You’ll represent Sizzer at major industry events, using your network and experience to open doors, build trust, and identify opportunities that align with our creative ambitions.

You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of high-level clients from leading creative agencies and production companies to global brands, ensuring every collaboration delivers both creative impact and commercial value.

You’ll proactively scout for new business, leading pitches and presenting Sizzer’s work to top agencies, directors, and brands across Europe.

You’ll expand and cultivate our network, making sure Sizzer remains at the heart of the creative scene, always visible, always relevant, and always part of the conversation.

You have a higher education degree (HBO/WO).
