Aufgaben
- Erstellen von kreativem Content (Foto, Video, Text) für unsere Social‑Media‑Kanäle (Insta, Facebook, ggf. Youtube)
- Begleitung von Proben, Touren und Veranstaltungen
- Entwicklung kreativer Ideen zur Zielgruppenansprache und Reichweitenerhöhung
- redaktionelle Planung und Umsetzung unserer Kommunikationsstrategie
- systematische Foto/Videoablage in unserer Cloud
Du solltest mitbringen:
- Foto-/Video‑Skills inkl. Nachbearbeitung & Schnitt
- Kreatives Schreibtalent & Gespür für Storytelling
- Leidenschaft für den ländlichen Raum
- Eigeninitiative & Lust, eigene Ideen einzubringen
- Interesse an Theater/Bühne und Lust, Veranstaltungen zu begleiten
- Lust, auf Tour dabei zu sein und durch Brandenburg zu reisen
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Lust auf Gemeinschaft
- du solltest dir vorstellen können, Teil der Genossenschaft zu werden und Lust mitbringen unser Theater längerfristig zu begleiten
Wir bieten dir eine Minijob‑Stelle mit ca. 8−10h pro Woche, flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, einem kleinen Team mit einer großen Gemeinschaft. Wir freuen uns deine Bewerbung mit Arbeitsproben (Text/Foto/Video) bis zum 28.11.25.
