Music, Tik Tok, You Tube, playlists — what does the future of the music industry look like? As a young, dynamically growing company founded in 2019, we at CHAPTER EIGHT Records are looking for committed employees for our record labels.

The A&R Trainee Program is designed to develop dynamic A&Rs focused on scouting and signing viral tracks, with a strong emphasis on proactive, outbound talent acquisition.

• Talent Scouting: Use Tik Tok to identify trending and emerging artists, sounds, and music trends.
• Content Curation: Customize a feed to spot new talents and trending music effectively.
• Data‑Driven Insights: Utilize specialized tools and platforms to assess new releases and track artist performance.
• Collaboration and Feedback: Participate in weekly meetings to discuss deals, artist outreach, and challenges; maintain close communication with team leads and receive regular feedback.

• Talent Scouting Intuition:
  No prior experience required; we value a strong sense for trends and the ability to spot potential viral artists.
• Creative skills and an eye for detail to develop innovative tracks.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with artists and partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Comprehensive A&R Training:
  Receive in-depth training to develop the skills needed to excel as an A&R.
• A creative and diverse working environment in the music and media industry.
• Fair pay, whether you work full‑time or part‑time.
• Office in Bochum city centre and several team events a year.
