Head of Content – EdTech (French Fluent)
Paradox EN is seeking a strategic leader to transform a massive personal‑brand ecosystem into a globally recognised company brand. The role is full‑time, remote or based in our Dubai or Lisbon offices. Fluency in French and English is required; written communication will be in English.
About the RoleAs the Head of Content, you will architect and execute a dual‑brand strategy that simultaneously scales David Laroche’s personal influence and builds Paradox’s institutional brand. You will lead the entire content factory, deliver bold concepts, and work closely with growth to use content as the primary acquisition channel.
Responsibilities- Design and implement the dual‑brand strategy; align the personal brand and company brand so they reinforce rather than cannibalise.
- Propose radical new formats — documentaries, reality shows, and short conceptual pieces that break industry norms.
- Define distinct editorial lines for each platform:
You Tube (Depth & Search), Instagram (Aesthetic & Vibe), Linked In (Authority & Authenticity). - Own end‑to‑end content delivery: write hooks, story‑board, direct shoots, and ensure final cuts meet the Paradox aesthetic.
- Recruit and manage a creative team of video editors, graphic designers, and other specialists; set a high standard of quality and push for constant improvement.
- Collaborate with the Head of Growth to design conversion‑focused assets; analyse retention, CTR, and CPL to iterate quickly and scale success.
- Proven track record building a media brand, You Tube channel, or personal brand to 100 k+ followers or millions of views.
- Experience leading creative or editorial teams; ability to elevate content from good to masterpiece.
- Strong scripting abilities—demonstrated by compelling, long‑form scripts that drive engagement.
- Hands‑on experience translating content performance into measurable business outcomes.
- Obsessed with detail; intolerant of mediocrity in design, editing, or messaging.
- Curious about why people click, share, and feel; uses psychology to inform content.
- Hands‑on doer who writes, directs, and edits when necessary.
- Emotionally resilient—able to pivot quickly when concepts fail.
- French: native/bilingual.
- English: fluent speaking and writing.
- Remote culture from day one; flexible working hours.
- Office in Dubai, Lisbon or Paris for those who prefer a physical workspace.
- Perks:
Gym allowance 350 € per year, book stipend 150 € per year. - Personal coaching: monthly 1:1 sessions with a Paradox coach.
Click “Apply for this position” and complete a short questionnaire (7–8 minutes). After the initial survey, a series of video calls with HR, VP Marketing, and a culture‑fit interview will follow. Reference checks may be conducted on a final offer.
