Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking talented individuals for the role of Irish Speaking Client Solutions Support, offering a unique opportunity with paid relocation to join our international team. Responsibilities- Act as the main liaison for Irish-speaking clients, understanding their individual requirements.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries while providing effective solutions and support.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and implement client solutions.
- Gather and relay client feedback to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions for clients regarding our products and services.
- Stay informed about industry developments and our solutions to provide informed assistance.
- Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a client support or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with clients.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high service quality.
- A team-oriented individual who is flexible and enjoys working in a diverse environment.
