German-Speaking Customer Service & Sales Representative

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Assisting customers with their orders and inquiries across Europe

✅ Providing excellent customer support via phone and email

✅ Resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency

✅ Maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners

✅ Working closely with the global Sales team to meet financial targets in terms of sales and profitability

✅ Helping to promote sales, control costs, retain and attract new customers
, and develop new business opportunities

✅ Supporting online sales activities, including capturing orders and stimulating sales through deals and online incentives

✅ Occasionally traveling to Germany and other European countries for customer visits

This role is predominantly sales and customer service focused
, but we’re looking for a hands‑on team player who is happy to jump in and support the business wherever needed.

• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or client relations
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage inquiries with a professional and customer‑focused approach
• Willingness to travel internationally for customer visits
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience in the aquarium or pet industry is a plus – but full training will be provided!
