As a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d), you help our customers get the most out of our solutions. You work proactively, enjoy communicating, and take pride in building long-term customer relationships? Then we look forward to receiving your application!
What can you expect?Onboarding & Customer Support: You guide our customers from day one, ensuring a smooth introduction and seamless use of our software
Customer Relationships: You build trusted connections and act as the main point of contact for questions and requirements, approaching them independently and with a solution‑oriented mindset
Upselling & Growth: You identify potential within existing accounts and actively contribute to creating new opportunities for joint success
Innovation & Feedback: You collaborate closely with our Product Management team, sharing customer insights and helping to continuously improve our platform
Professional Development: With every new customer, you grow both personally and professionally while staying closely connected to exciting projects
What should you bring along?Professional
Experience:
Ideally, you have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Success within a B2B SaaS environment
Working Style: You are organized, solution-oriented, and enjoy contributing to the team while growing together
Customer Orientation: You enjoy working with international business customers
Sustainability: Prior knowledge in this area is not required but definitely an advantage
Tech Affinity: You have an interest in digital solutions and bring initial experience in working with software tools

You possess excellent German and English language skills
