Job Description
Responsibilities- Process orders for capital equipment, working closely with Contracts/Pricing, Finance, and Territory Managers
- Manage customer technical support needs.
- Oversee service and repair of capital equipment.
- Work in Service Max database to monitor service and repair status.
- Manage equipment loaner, invoicing, evaluation, and trade-out processes.
- Support marketing with new product launches.
- Adhere to, and ensure compliance with Client guidelines, protocols, and policies.
- A minimum of a High School Diploma, or equivalent (Bachelor preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Salesforce, JD Client, SAP preferred.
- Ability to solve basic math equations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to work well cross-functionally and within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proven attention to detail.
- Excellent data entry, proofreading, and typing skills.
- Ability to resolve potentially challenging customer interactions.
