Senior Customer Service Representative

Job Description

• Process orders for capital equipment, working closely with Contracts/Pricing, Finance, and Territory Managers
• Manage customer technical support needs.
• Oversee service and repair of capital equipment.
• Work in Service Max database to monitor service and repair status.
• Manage equipment loaner, invoicing, evaluation, and trade-out processes.
• Support marketing with new product launches.
• Adhere to, and ensure compliance with Client guidelines, protocols, and policies.

• A minimum of a High School Diploma, or equivalent (Bachelor preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Salesforce, JD Client, SAP preferred.
• Ability to solve basic math equations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to work well cross-functionally and within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proven attention to detail.
• Excellent data entry, proofreading, and typing skills.
• Ability to resolve potentially challenging customer interactions.
