• You provide empathetic and competent support, guiding customers from purchase decisions through personal follow-up.
• You handle all customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and technical questions, including setup and troubleshooting.
• You build long‑term relationships by representing the brand humanly and authentically.
• You collaborate closely with other teams to continually improve the customer experience.

• Know nunc. and our Customer Love Manifest and efficiently use the available tools.
• Have a fine sense of customers’ wishes and handle their issues precisely and empathetically.
• Have built positive relationships and actively shaped the community.
• Contribute through your insights and closeness to continuously improve the Experience Journey of nunc.

• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service or direct customer contact, ideally with first contact with the coffee world or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and empathy, with genuine joy to learn and grow with our community.
• Comfort with AI‑powered tools but knowing when human judgment is needed and not handing over personal support.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Structured, independent, and responsible working style.
