• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make sound business decisions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple tasks with accuracy

• Knowledge of Delta Faucet products
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
