Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a Sports Betting Platform, with the unique chance to work in Greece. • Assist customers with inquiries related to sports betting, including account management, betting options, and promotions via phone, email, and live chat in German
• Provide guidance on using the sports betting platform and explain features, odds, and betting rules
• Handle complaints and resolve issues with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and promote responsible betting
• Stay informed about sports events, betting trends, and platform updates to provide relevant information to customers

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the gaming or sports betting industry
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Passion for sports and knowledge of various sports events and betting terminology
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer‑centric approach
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple inquiries
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
