Customer Service Representative:
The following general description applies to all Customer Service Representatives. Please read the information listed below.

• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and the walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Training is provided on the job (orientation and training).

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Communication skills:
  Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person on a touchscreen computer system.
• Mathematical skills:
  Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used) and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
