We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, stays organized, and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever they’re needed. This is a part-time, dual-role position, combining front-office customer support with light shop responsibilities.

You’ll help keep both the front office and shop running smoothly by:

• Answering incoming calls and helping customers with scheduling and service updates.
• Assisting service advisors with estimates, invoices, and workflow.
• Communicating with customers by phone, text, and email.
• Helping keep repair orders organized and moving through the shop.
• Performing Digital Vehicle Inspections and taking clear photos of customer vehicles.
• Helping with customer vehicle check-ins and basic vehicle documentation.
• Assisting with light shop duties such as car cleanouts, sweeping, and keeping work areas organized.
• Helping with parts, inventory, loaner vehicles, and general shop organization.
• Following up with customers and helping ensure they have a great experience.
• Jumping in wherever needed to help the team stay productive.

You don’t have to be an automotive expert.

• Is friendly, dependable, and professional.

• Communicates clearly and confidently.
• Is organized and pays attention to detail.
• Can multitask in a busy environment.
• Is comfortable using a computer and willing to learn new software.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Is willing to get out from behind the desk and help when needed.
• Takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running efficiently.
• Has a valid driver's license.
• Automotive experience or knowledge is a plus, but not required.
