Southwoods Health is seeking a professional Call Center Specialist to join our team at the Southwoods Executive Centre in Boardman. You will manage inbound and outbound patient calls, schedule appointments, and verify insurance through our pre-registration process.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. As the first point of contact, you will provide compassionate, accurate information, update demographics in the EMR, route referrals, and assist with self-pay cost estimates
