Spherion Mid Ohio in partnership with one of America's best known and trusted consumer brand names, in Mt. Hope, OH is looking for qualified, highly motivated Customer Service Representatives to join the team that is known nationally for high-quality and dependability.
This is a wonderful opportunity to be a part of a respected and innovative local manufacturer that offers a complete line of residential, commercial, and industrial door system accessories, such as remotes, railings, and others that can be customized to help achieve nearly any application's needs or aesthetics.
1st: 8am-5pm
Monday - Friday
$17 /hr.
Work EnvironmentBright, clean, and climate-controlled office environment.
Job Description- Respond to customer's inquires and/or complaints regarding the company's products and/or services.
- Respond to calls on a daily basis, incoming and/or returning.
- Determine best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to company policies.
- Inform customers of procedures and resolutions of problems.
- Provide follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate account of incoming telephone calls.
- Process credit card, check and in-warranty orders over the phone.
- Investigate and respond to customer order/billing inquires and process credits if necessary.
- Track packages/shipments through carrier.
- Take initiative and solve customer issues.
Able for permanent placement after 480 hours
Requirements- Previous customer service experience required;
Call Center experience is a plus - High school Diploma Required
