Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join Columbus Pike Dental Care in Lewis Center, OH. The role offers a 4‑day work week, $12,500 sign‑on bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

As a Dental Hygienist, you will be a recognized clinical provider and patient advocate, delivering essential oral health care and preventative services. You will collaborate with the patient care team to provide personalized treatment plans, perform routine cleanings, and educate patients on oral hygiene.

• Current dental hygienist license in Ohio.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
• Excellent knowledge of dentistry, hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR certification.

• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• A strong desire to continue learning and develop clinical skills.
• Ability to meet the clinical needs of the office.

• Ability to perform essential duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds.
• Availability for virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
