Registered Dental Hygienist - $5,000 Sign On Bonus at Imagen Dental Partners

Are you a Registered Dental Hygienist looking for a privately owned practice where you can help patients every day? If so we would LOVE to talk to you!

• A $5,000 sign on bonus, PLUS a competitive compensation package, starting at $55-60/hr based on experience

Schedule:

4 Day work week

• Sunday — 2x per month, 10-5 (assisted)
• Monday — off
• Tuesday — 9-7 (assisted)
• Wednesday — 8-6 (single column)
• Thursday — off
• Friday — 9-4 (assisted)
• Saturday — off

• Ability to empathize and provide top-notch, positive, patient care while connecting with our diverse patient base
• A degree or certificate in hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license
• CPR certification
• Certification in local anesthesia administration (preferred)

• Review and update dental x-rays and chart notes while maintaining dental equipment and x-ray machine
• Record detailed narratives and probing depths for claims
• Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance
• Sterilize and maintain dental supplies
• Successfully complete Scaling and Root Planing and/or Prophylaxis
• Excel with placing fluoride varnish and sealants
• Serve as a point of escalation for both patient and team relations
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and the team

• New grads are welcome to apply
• Must be willing to work assisted Hygiene
• Current Certification from an accredited Hygiene Program
• Current CPR Certification
• Demonstrates leadership and strong communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Open Dental dental software is preferred
