We have a fantastic opportunity for a dental office Front Desk Coordinator at Beavercreek Pediatric Dentistry – Dayton. This position’s primary responsibility is to handle all front‑office functions for the practice. The Front Desk Coordinator must ensure that patients, parents and/or guardians are the number one priority.

Mon – Fri 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills; must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations.
• Customer‑service oriented and able to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
• Effective written and verbal communication with all staff and management.
• Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner.
• Strong PC skills and ability to learn and successfully use new programs as required.
