Salary: $19‑$21 per hour

• Deliver exceptional patient service with compassion and care in line with company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide superior patient care
• Consult with patients on treatment options, verify insurance payment, and manage collections to ensure quality of care
• Supervise and reinforce daily tasks and priorities of the non‑clinical team under the Manager’s direction
• Analyze daily data to assess practice impact
• Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments
• Process insurance payments, balances, nightly deposits and credit card transactions
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and a focus on data utilization
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented
