Dental Technicians – We are ALWAYS interested in speaking with experienced dental technicians (e.g. ceramists, denture technicians, CAD designers, guided surgery specialists, etc) about joining our team – we are always hiring great people. Position: Dental Office Coordinator Location: Independence, OH
Job : 352 # of Openings: 1 Hours: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9AM–5PM | On-Site (this is NOT a remote position)

Our team of highly skilled technicians is committed to delivering top-quality services and exceptional customer experiences.

• Provide outstanding customer service in line with ROE’s high standards.
• Manage the department email inbox and promptly respond to inquiries, especially for Guided Surgery cases.
• Schedule meetings between customers and Guided Surgery planners.
• Download and organize case records and documentation into internal systems.
• Enter and track case data through various phases.
• Maintain accurate customer notes in our lab management system.
• Assist customers with their online accounts.
• Monitor internal chats and collaborate with Customer Service and other departments.
• Run and review reports related to case tracking, holds, deadlines, and outsourcing.
• Support department workflow to ensure timely case processing and communication.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of dental office experience required.
• Dental assistant background is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with strong computer skills and quick adaptability to software.
• Detail-oriented with strong decision-making and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
