• Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD
  ; working knowledge of Adobe CC, Sketch Up, and related tools.
• Strong organizational skills to manage workflow and prioritize objectives.
• Advanced understanding of planning, programming, and design processes.
• Detail‑oriented with constructability knowledge and quality focus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Manage projects from inception through construction administration.
• Lead design teams and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and coordinate construction documents
  , specifications, and details.
• Conduct code research
  , manage permitting, and oversee compliance.
• Handle RFIs, field changes, shop drawings, and material reviews.
• Perform site observations and prepare punch lists.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure quality standards.

• Professional Degree in Architecture.
• 5–10+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Professional Registration required.
• Strong detailing and design ability.
• Ability to disseminate information and manage project workflow effectively.
