Overview

Optometrist-West Chester, OH-Target Optical. An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Target Optical (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Target Optical Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.

As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, you will operate within a private Independent practice. Luxottica manages the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor provides high quality optometric care and service to patients. Terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Work within the practice of a Subleasing Doctor as an employee or contracted optometrist.
• Operate with professional autonomy predicated on your discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company-imposed restrictions or quotas).
• Engage in flexible scheduling, including part-time commitments or adding to an existing practice schedule.
• Utilize a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment; some locations may offer Revolution EHR software and supporting pre-testing staff.
• Rely on an automated online appointment book and patient recall system where available.
