• Position:
  Locum - Physician, Non-Invasive Cardiology
• Location:
  Near Lakemore, Ohio
• Practice Setting:
  Inpatient, with call responsibilities
• Contract Start Date:
  April 14, 2025
• Contract End Date:
  January 2, 2026
• Shift Schedule:
  • Daytime shifts, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • On-call requirements: 4:00 PM - 7:30 AM (weekends and select weekdays)
• Call Ratio:
  • Weekend call required 1-2 weekends per month
  • Potential for 1-2 weekday calls as needed when not on a call weekend

• Patient Demographics:
  Adults (ages 18 and up)
• Level of Care:
  Trauma Level 1 facility
• Bed Count:
  Total facility capacity of 370 beds with 50 ICU beds
• Team Composition:
  Seven cardiologists on staff, with other cardiologists available for support during locum coverage
• Documentation System: EPIC EMR

• Board Certification:
  Cardiology (REQUIRED)
• Licensure:
  Active Ohio license, or willingness to obtain one (REQUIRED)
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS (REQUIRED)

• Treadmill Stress Tests
• Electrical Cardioversions
• Transesophageal Echocardiography
• Echocardiography
• Electrocardiograms (EKGs)
• Chemical Stress Tests
• MRI/CT reads (if applicable)

• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 days
• Travel Reimbursement:
  • Standard/economy rates for travel arrangements
• Presentation Requirements:
  • Up-to-date CV, including locums history
