What You Bring:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Valid medical license and board certification in Wound Care or related specialty
• Proven experience in treating various wounds including skin reactions, vascular, pressure, and diabetic ulcers
• Proficiency in wound assessment, debridement, hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), skin grafting, and advanced wound closure techniques
• Familiarity with Epic EMR and outpatient clinic workflows
• Excellent patient education and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with healthcare staff

Nice to Have:

• Experience in hyperbaric oxygen treatment supervision
• Prior work in outpatient wound clinics or hospital-based wound management programs
• Additional certifications related to wound management or hyperbaric therapy
• Multidisciplinary team collaboration experience

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent wound care experience in an outpatient or hospital setting
• Board certification in wound care management or relevant specialty preferred

Additional Requirements:

• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
• Eligibility for temporary privileges at Clermont Hospital
• Travel reimbursement includes flight, mileage at IRS standard rate, hotel, and rental car
• Commitment to patient-centered, quality wound care
