Physician (MD/DO) - Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

The Physician (MD/DO) role at ONE Health Ohio provides direct clinical care and treatment to patients in specialty areas within a federally qualified health center. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining patient confidentiality.

• Provide comprehensive medical care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up.
• Develop individualized care plans, ensuring patient engagement and understanding.
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other healthcare providers.
• Supervise and mentor mid‑level providers and students as needed.
• Provide patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, and conditions management.
• Perform minor procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system.

• Licensed as an MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Licensed to practice in Ohio
• Completion of an accredited residency program
• Board eligible or certified
• No license restrictions
• DEA certification
