Occupational Medicine Physician

We re excited to invite a BE/BC Occupational Medicine physician to join our team in Gallipolis, Ohio at our Sycamore clinic.

Practice Highlights

• Provide Occupational Medicine services for area employers, including Holzer.

  • Conduct site visits as needed

  • Recommend safety and workplace health protocols

  • Support management of blood borne pathogen exposures

  • Serve as billing provider for on-site immunizations (e.g., flu, TB, Hepatitis
    
    B)

  • Oversee pre-placement evaluations and screenings

  • Conduct annual medical surveillance for the Holzer Oncology Department

  • Advise employers on other occupational health matters as needed

  • Establish ancillary testing protocols, review criteria, and workflows for abnormal results

• Serve as Physician of Record for Workers Compensation cases within Holzer

• Serve as Medical Review Officer (MRO) for Holzer

• Support community and employer engagement by planning, leading, and presenting at Business Advisory Council meetings on occupational health topics

• No call, weekends, or holidays enjoy a great work-life balance

• Scribe eligible after six months to enhance efficiency

• Teaching and mentorship opportunities with residents and medical students

Recruitment Package

• Two-year guaranteed salary floor + production incentive & bonus potential Sign-on bonus
